The Terms of Sale listed below are for all purchases of LAhair Extensions and all services, either online via our online store or in-person at one of our studios.

EXTENSION SERVICES
All bookings are made online and require a non-refundable $50 Booking Fee, which is credited towards your appointment.
Once your appointment has been booked and accepted, you will receive confirmation.
Should we need to decline your booking request for any reason, you will automatically receive a refund of your Booking Fee.
No-shows or cancellations within 24-hours of the appointment forfeit the booking fee.
Cancellations outside of 24-hours of the appointment can be rescheduled to another suitable time.
HUMAN HAIR LIFESPAN
Although our extensions are manufactured and prepared to the highest standards, sourcing high quality donor hair, they are ultimately made from 100% human hair that can vary in texture and durability. Human hair is not a man-made product; therefore every pack of hair will be different to the last and we cannot guarantee how each pack of extensions will last once applied. Our high quality hair extensions have an expected average lifespan of up to 8-18+ months with correct care, however this can vary depending on exposure to environmental factors, consistency of use, products used on the hair (including styling products) and toning/colouring/heat-styling procedures undertaken on the hair. The expected life span is estimated only & improper care & use can reduce this life-span significantly.HAIR EXTENSION COLOR
Most of our extension colors are dyed to that color. Therefore, just like human hair that has been dyed, the dye will fade after sun exposure, heat exposure, water exposure, washing, cleaning and various chemical treatments. How quickly the color fades/changes will depend on how often you are wearing them and exposing them to these elements, with some colors changing more than others.
Just like with your own hair, please understand this is a normal process of colored human hair, it is unavoidable, and will mean you may need to re-tone/re-color as you require. Hair discoloration is not a manufacturing fault and is a normal part of human hair being exposed to environmental factors.
Any colouring, toning (including silver and purple shampooing) or tinting of extensions is done entirely at the customer’s own risk and we will not refund or exchange any extensions that have been exposed to any of these processes. All hair extensions must be returned in the original product color and condition, as per our Refund Policy.
TAPE ADHESIVENESS
Tape tabs that have been applied to extension stock lose their adhesive strength over time. Because of this, we supply every set of Tape Extensions with replacement tape sheets, as tape adhesive is not classed as a hair extension fault. We strongly recommend taping your extensions with the replacement sheets before application to ensure a strong and long-lasting bond.
COLOR MATCHING SERVICE
Whilst we endeavor to give the best advice over the phone and via email, the company will not be held responsible for any disparity in color matching. Our Color Matching service is a guide only.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Made To Order Items are unique, specifically created according to the customer's request, and as such are not eligible for exchange. The wait time is approximately 3-4 weeks, excluding shipping time. As soon as the product has finished production we will notify with an updated receipt date.
