Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We check all products to ensure they are in perfect condition prior to packaging. We also ensure all our products arrive in brand new, unopened, security sealed packaging for customer satisfaction and peace of mind. Accordingly, please choose carefully – once your extensions have been opened we do not provide exchanges or returns due to health and hygiene regulations.
EXCHANGES DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
We allow exchanges due to change of mind – please email our Customer Service team at hello@lahairextensions.co to commence the exchange process:
- If the tester piece is in original unaltered condition, and the extensions AND packaging are in original, unopened, brand new condition we will accept exchanges within 7-days of receiving the order
- Please return your exchanges in an Express Post Parcel – we accept no responsibility for lost or untracked packages
- A store credit for the cost of the extensions will be issued via email once the exchange has been received and processed by our team – please allow 3-5 business days for this
- The customer is responsible for all postage and handling costs associated with the exchange
Please note that all Clearance Items are not eligible for exchange as they are clearance and a ‘while stock lasts’ purchase.
Made To Order Items are not eligible for exchange.
EXCHANGES DUE TO FAULT
If there is a fault with your extensions upon opening the packet, we will exchange within 7-days of receipt – please email our Customer Service team at hello@lahairextensions.co to commence the exchange process:
- Include in your email photos of any faults/issues and a detailed explanation of the problem
- Once we have approved the return, please return your exchanges in an Express Post Parcel – we accept no responsibility for lost or untracked packages
- A store credit for the cost of the extensions will be issued via email once the exchange has been received and processed by our team – please allow 3-5 business days for this
- We will cover the postage and handling costs associated with the exchange
Please note, any colouring, toning (including silver and purple shampooing) or tinting of extensions is done entirely at the customer’s own risk and we will not refund or exchange any extensions that have been exposed to any of these processes. All hair extensions must be returned in the original product colour and condition.
